PAS Program (Plyometrics, Agility, Speed)
Our PAS program is designed to focus on Plyometric Training (aka Jump Training), Agility Training and Speed. This one hour class has all the benefits of the performance package without the time in the weight room. Emphasis is placed on the following components:
Plyometrics:
- Proper Landing
- Proper technique when executing a jump
- Developing power/explosiveness in lower legs
Agility:
- Change of direction techniques
- Quick foot reaction from the ground
- Body control
Speed:
- Linear Acceleration / Deceleration
- Explosive starts
- Form Running
- Running mechanics
- Over speed Training
Team Performance Training
Our programs for Team Performance Training are specifically designed for your team and sport. These programs vary in length of time, exercises, and schedule depending on availability, coaches’ desires and sport of the team. We provide a specific training program to include speed, strength, agility, and power as they relate to your teams sport. Training will be done on the surface in which your sport takes place and with specific goals of improving athletic skills necessary for success in your particular sport.
