Pro/Pro-Elite Program

The Professional Performance Packages provide 1.5 hours of training which include warm-up, speed, agility, and strength training. Here, athletes will train to improve on linear speed, change of direction, reaction time, and overall athletic power. These programs are designed to improve the athleticism in the areas of speed, strength and agility for athletes to apply to their sports. Activities include power lifting to build strength, as well as agility work. Activities are often tailored to your target sport. For example, agility work will take place on the turf field for targeted improvement in football, and on the hard court service for targeted improvement in basketball.

 
 

6-Week Training Program

Whether in-season or off-season, 6 weeks of training will allow you the opportunity to start your training and develop a foundation to improve your athletic ability. Maximizing your time during off-season conditioning will allow you to go through a structure of 3 times per week, giving you 18 total 1.5 hour sessions in 6 weeks. In-season training will provide you with a more convenient schedule to allow for outside athletic competition, while still improving your athleticism. 8-Week Training Program

8 weeks of training allows, both in-season and off-season convenience. Off-season training will provide 24 sessions, consisting of 1.5 hours of training each. During in season training the 8 week program creates 16 sessions of 1.5 hours of training each. These sessions will help build the foundation for your athletic ability and go beyond with practical application of learned techniques. 12-Week Training Program

Our longest package provides you with 12 weeks of training, both in-season and off-season. Off-season training consists of 36 sessions over 12 weeks, with 1.5 hours of training each day. In-season training allows 24 sessions over the 12 weeks. This package has the same foundational principles of all other packages, but allows for greater development over time. Methods and techniques for both lifting and running mechanics have a greater development due to the amount of time for application.
