BEGINNER PRO PROGRAM
These programs are
designed to improve the athleticism in the areas
of speed, strength and agility for athletes to
apply to their sports. Activities include
introduction to proper lifting techniques to build
strength, as well as agility work.
- Athletes
ages 11- 13 years of age.
- This program is for athletes with limited
to no weightlifting experience.
- Beginner Pro Program provides 90 minutes
of training 2- 3 times a week.
- Each session include warm-up, speed,
agility, and strength training.
- Athletes will train to improve on linear
speed, change of direction, reaction time,
and overall athletic power.
- Metabolic and endurance conditioning. |
