GOLF FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAM
All programs are customized to fit the needs
of every golfer that walks through our
doors. Each golfer will start with a
detailed functional evaluation assessing the
individual’s body from head to toe. With the
aid of DARTFISH ™ video analysis we will
examine the golf swing to determine what
functional limitations are present and how
they are affecting the golf swing. Based on
the results of the evaluation we will
develop a customized program addressing all
of the identified deficits, as well as
provide a home exercise program.
Program
Goals:
- Improve body mechanics to reduce
physiological weakness and imbalance,
producing a consistent swing
- Fuel rotational power for swing velocity
- Gain distance on drives
- Improve endurance
- Increase flexibility
- Decrease incidence of injury
