IN- SEASON MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

This program is designed for the in-season athlete looking to maintain strength and speed improvements made during the off-season.

- Maintenance Program provides 90 minutes of training 1 time a week.

- Each 90 minute session includes warm-up, speed, agility, and strength training.
