PAS PROGRAM (Plyometric, Agility and Speed)
 

- Athletes ages 11 +.

- PAS Program provides 60 minutes of training 2-3 times a week.

- Each session include warm-up, plyometrics, agility, and speed training.
 
Plyometric emphasis on:

o Proper landing
o Proper technique when executing a jump
o Developing power/explosiveness in lower legs

Agility emphasis on:

o Change of direction techniques
o Quick foot reaction from the ground
o Body control

Speed emphasis on:
o Linear acceleration / deceleration
o Explosive starts
o Form running
o Running mechanics
o Over speed training
