PRO PROGRAM

These programs are designed to improve the athleticism in the areas of speed, strength and agility for athletes to apply to their sports. Activities include introduction to Olympic lifting techniques to build strength and power, as well as agility work.

- Athletes ages 14 +.

- This program is for athletes with weightlifting experience.

- Pro Program provides 90 minutes of training 2- 3 times a week.

- Each session include warm-up, speed, agility, and strength training.

- Athletes will train to improve on linear speed, change of direction, reaction
  time, and overall athletic power.

- Metabolic and endurance conditioning.
