YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Have your Birthday Party
at the PAPC

Athletes ages 7-10 years of age.

Develop a foundation of speed and agility.

Sessions in our Youth Program last for 1
hour twice a week.

Improve athleticism without the weight
lifting component.
- Body weight strengthening activities
incorporated into each session.

Improve coordination.

Improve agility and change of direction.

Form running speed.
-
Improve general core strengthening in a safe
environment.

Class enrollment is on going throughout the
