YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Have your Birthday Party at the PAPC

- Athletes ages 7-10 years of age.

- Develop a foundation of speed and agility.

- Sessions in our Youth Program last for 1 hour twice a week.

- Improve athleticism without the weight lifting component.

- Body weight strengthening activities incorporated into each session.

- Improve coordination.

- Improve agility and change of direction.

- Form running speed.

- Improve general core strengthening in a safe environment.
